I’ve traveled on a long journey, waiting to see where it would lead. 

For the presence of God I plead.

Waiting and wondering what would come next.

My prayer muscles I flex.

I spread my wings and fly. 

To what I’ve longed for. 

I know there’s much more. 

I marvel at how far I’ve come.

Knowing that I have yet to reach my pinacle.

I’ve seen first hand the mircle.

I spread my wings and fly.

To the place I long for.

God will lead the way.

He gives me peace every day.

A peace that is everlasting.

I never wonder or doubt much.

I have no room for such.

The grace of God has provided a great deal.

I follow Him with zeal. 

I spread my wings and fly. 

To the place where I’m destined to be.

God will be with me .

And guide me forever more.
