Been through the fire, right down to the wire. Endured shaming, blaming and defaming. By God’s grace, I’m victorious. I’ve seen and heard everything imaginable. I’m far from infallible, I’m victorious. I deal with a lot, while others watch. Yet, I stay on course, without remorse. I’m victorious. My life isn’t always filled with sunshine and roses. There’s no time for poses. I’m victorious. I give praise for all that comes my way. God blesses me every day. I’m victorious. No matter where my journey leads me, it won’t stop my destiny. I’m victorious. Moments, large and small, come and go. God allows me to grow. I’m victorious. Naysayers can say what they will. I know the drill. I’m victorious.

Each day brings a heart filled with thanksgiving for the evening’s laying down, and the morning’s rising. The beauty all around isn’t surprising. The seasons change at every turn.  One chapter ends as another begins. We as humans interact consistently. Our life’s purpose always becoming clear eventually. Our footsteps are guided by the Most High. His love is never in short supply. Each word is spoken carefully, every deed is performed tactfully. We understand the meaning of each. We’re careful with our speech. When the journey will end, we don’t know. God will give us the tools we need to grow. Let’s enjoy every moment as it comes. For they’re all pure. God is in control for sure.

 

Woke up this morning, heart all aglow. Not afraid to let the joy inside show. Caught a glimpse of the morning sun, beaming brightly. Lifted my voice in praise of the God who watches me nightly. Kept what’s truly important at the forefront. Not afraid to be blunt. Forging ahead, despite life’s unpredictable moments. Held on to God’s unchanging hand, understanding that He has a plan. Ignoring naysayers of all kinds. Don’t have time for negative minds. Embracing all of life moments, large and small. God is the key to it all. Enjoying the journey until the very end. On God, I’ll always depend.

Life goals, commitment to setting and achieving them. Everything is within reach. Thinking of all that life has to offer. Being grateful for blessings from above. Embracing love softer than a dove. Everything is within reach. Listening to God’s commandments. Everything is within reach. Staying on the given path. Holding on to God’s unchanging hand. He has a plan. Everything is within reach.

Keeping priorities in order. Learning and growing day by day. Trusting God along the way is priceless. Bearing in mind what’s true and false. Keeping your finger on the pulse is priceless. Riding the way of life’s journey until the end. Never needing to pretend is priceless. Heart all aglow. Serving the God you know is priceless. Knee deep in gratitude for all blessings granted is priceless. Achieving every goal is priceless. Taking what comes from start to finish. Love for life doesn’t diminish. Life is priceless.

Reinvention, continuing to learn and grow through it all. Having the courage to stand tall. Listening to that inner voice. Knowing that we all have a choice. Reinvention, keeping prayer at the forefront. Always being blunt. Reinvention, leaving old habits behind. Acknowledging blessings of every kind. Reinvention, staying strong in the mist of trouble. Knowing that God will be there on the double. Reinvention, ignoring naysayers no matter what. Trusting your gut. Reinvention.

Been pining and crying for so long. Been wondering what went wrong. Thought that the love you found would last forever. The love that gave you pleasure. Beyond measure. Move on. Consumed with thoughts of what could have been. Your thoughts working with the wind. Move on. You waited a lifetime for what you assumed was yours. You’ve lived with pain, with no other gain. Move on. Delete emails and phone numbers. Do a check up, from the neck up. Stay prayed up. Move on.

 

 

Mistakes make us human. Mistakes sometimes cause confusion. Mistakes teach us a great deal. Mistakes show us what’s real. Mistakes come and go. Mistakes can help us grow. Mistakes do have consequences. Mistakes don’t define us. Mistakes don’t have to bind us. Mistakes can help set boundaries. Mistakes can help set principles. Mistakes are part of what makes us who we are. Mistakes can help us set the bar. Mistakes can occur at any time. The key is learning the intended lesson. Mistakes make things clear. Mistakes should show us what we need to hold dear. Mistakes.

As time goes by, we see everything for what it is. We acknowledge all the blessings that come from above. We give praise where praise is due. As time goes by, we know that our journey belongs to us and us alone. There’s no need to explain when explanations aren’t necessary. We enhale the fresh scent of gratitude and contentment as we look beyond ourselves to see how far we’ve come and how much further we can go with the grace and guidance of the Most High. We know that life is what we make it. As time goes by, we live for God’s love daily and never forget the importance His presence holds.
