Dear God,

Thank you for the precious gift of life

Thank you for helping me get through strife

You are my guiding light

You make my dark days bright

Oh God,

I’ll never take you for granted

You are the seed planted

You’ve turned me around

Placed my feet on solid ground

Dear God,

Your love is the cure

Whenever I feel insecure

To know you is a pleasure

Beyond all measure

Oh God,

I stay in prayer

Because I know you’re there

Your grace and presence fill me to the core

I can’t ask for more

My voice I raise

In a song of praise

In no way

Am I afraid to say

Oh God, you’re great

 

Stay strong. God is with you every step of the way.

I embrace each new day with a smile

Knowing that God will be with me for a while

I face what life throws my way

While praying every day

God has turned me around

And put my feet on solid ground

That means more than one would know

For He has helped me grow

I embrace the blessings granted

And water the seeds planted

I learn from the past while facing the future

Realizing that my heart will remain pure

I fulfill my purpose

Others see it come to the surface

I fall and rise again

Yet God always shows  me where  to begin

I take a stand

While God holds my hand

I will go far

As I reach for a star

I know what’s meant to be

That’s no mystery

I’m in a good place

And I enjoy the space

God provides guidance and protection

And these are my reflections

Stay in prayer. Your answer is coming sooner than you think.

Tomorrow will lead to a better you and me

Tomorrow we’ll be who we’re suppose to be

We’ll fulfill our purpose

God’s plan will come to the surface

We’ll be in the right place

And in a perfect space

Tomorrow we’ll ease all doubt

God will work things out

The path has been laid

The ultimate sacrifice He’s made

Our journey begins now

God will show us how

Tomorrow we’ll embrace life in its splendor

Our faith we won’t surrender

God has made it plain

We have a lot to gain

The blessings are ours for the taking

The joy we feel is of God’s making

Tomorrow we’ll look back fondly on the past

We’ll  hold memories made to last

We’ll share our affection

While moving in the right direction

We’ll remain on solid ground

For peace we’ve found

Tomorrow we’ll reach our potential

Faith is essential
