I’ve endured more than I can say

But God has been with me every day

The road is long

But I remain strong

God is my guide

My faith I can’t hide

I’ll make it plain

I have much to gain

Every moment teaches me about myself

I learn with God’s help

There’s a purpose for what I go through

Keep the faith is what I do

It’s the center of my life

Despite all the strife

I continue my  journey

It was ordained by God only

He makes crooked places straight

He taught me to be great

I have no regrets

Life is as good as it gets

Hour upon hour

I stay in prayer

Because God is there
