I wake each day to God’s loving touch

The joy He brings means so much

Trouble always seems far away

Cause He’s present every day

I’ve come to know my own power

I feel it hour upon hour

As I look in the mirror

Everything becomes clearer

Whenever I’m in doubt

God works things out

People ask about the smile on my face

I tell them I’m in a better place

Faith is the key

It brings out the best in me
