I’m dancing in the rain

It helps ease my pain

I can see God’s work in plain view

I can move on to something new

I say a silent prayer

Cause I know God is there

I submit to His will

Cause He loves me still

I’m dancing in the rain

I see what I have to gain

My life’s journey

Ordained by God only

That gives me strength

As I talk with Him at length

I’ll continue to grow

I’ll share what I know

I’m dancing in the rain

Despite the stress and strain

It’s a lesson in life

I can handle the strife

I’ll fall and rise again

Faith will help me win

With God’s grace

I’ll finish my race

I’ll feel my own power

Hour upon hour

I’ll go against the  grain
