I hear God’s voice whispering in the wind

I follow the path laid from beginning to end

Sometimes I stumble

Lessons learned keep me humble

I face naysayers near and far

Faith let’s me reach for a star

God planted the seed

So I took heed

My purpose is clear

I hold it dear

Prayer keeps me strong

As I move along

I see what’s meant to be

Life won’t get the best of me

I know for sure

My heart is pure

I spend my days

Singing songs of praise

I’m on solid ground

Thanks to the joy I’ve found

I feel the power of love

Sent from heaven above

I set out on a mission ordained by God only
