I take a look at God’s word

I listen to things I’ve never heard

I reflect on the past

I make precious moments last

Faith keeps me strong

As I move along

My purpose is clear

I hold it dear

I carry life lessons with me

That’s how things should be

I’m followed by guidance and grace

I’m in a better place

I see how I’ve grown

Thanks to a man on a throne

His love is true

I see what He’s brought me through

Without shame

I state my name

Life is grand

From where I stand

I’ve found peace

My voice I raise

In a song of praise
