I say a silent prayer

I know God is there

I reflect on the day ahead

I put negative thoughts to bed

The process doesn’t take long

Faith keeps me strong

I look at heaven above

As I thank God for His love

I start each day

With Him leading the way

I keep going

And I keep growing

I see what’s meant to be

Life won’t get the best of me

I have a God given mission

I have clear vision

God is my guiding light
