Seven days of tender, loving care

Seven days God’s been there

Drying my tears

And easing my fears

He’s one of a kind

He eases my troubled mind

I know where I stand

With one touch of His  hand

A seven day journey

Ordained by God only

I’ve learned many lessons along with way

I pray every day

I gain strength

Whenever I talk with God at length

I can see my purpose

Coming to the surface

Seven days of discovery

God assisted me with my recovery

I’ve come to know my own power

I feel it hour upon hour

Faith is the key

It brings out the best in me

I’ve endured a lot for sure

But God’s love is pure

I see what I can gain

Despite heartache and pain

I find so many ways

To give God praise

For seven whole days
