I see mountains in front of me

They’re as tall as can be

I climb one at a time

While I’m still in my prime

I gain strength

As I talk with God at length

He guides me every step of the way

And I pray every day

I see mountains in front of me

But I’m not deterred

The voice of God is all I’ve heard

I can see my purpose

Coming to the surface

I stumble here and there

But I can’t say God doesn’t care

I count blessings granted

As I water seeds planted

I see mountains in front of me

Yet I’m encouraged for sure

I know God’s love is pure

I face these obstacles

Cause God can do the impossible

The road is long

But faith keeps me strong

I move without fear

Cause God is always near

I know it’s true

I can make it through

As I fearlessly climb the mountains in front of me
