From a distance

I show little resistance

God leads the way

And I pray every day

As I embark on a journey

Ordained by God only

Everyone can see

He brings out the best in me

One thing’s abundantly clear

There’s nothing to fear

I have everything I need

And that’s a blessing indeed

I see my purpose

Coming to the surface

God turned me around

And put my feet on solid ground

I collect small miracles

While standing on principles

Experience is my guide

My gratitude I can’t hide

I’ve learned several lessons

And made several confessions

I have no regrets

Life is as good as it gets
