We wonder what life holds in store

But God continues to fill us to the core

Despite heartache and pain

We see what we’ll gain

We stumble during our journey

But we rely on God only

He dries our tears

And eases our fears

Right or wrong

Faith keeps us strong

We go through the fire

To obtain what we desire

For we know

Some thought we wouldn’t last
