The battle rages in the heart and mind

As we wonder what we’ll find

We search high and low

For what will help us grow

We continue a journey

Ordained by God only

We learn several lessons

As we make our confessions

We begin to see

What’s truly meant to be

As we’re coming out of the dark

We begin to feel a spark

With each passing day

We begin to find our way

A silent prayer

Takes us there

Our voices we raise

In a song of praise

For we know for sure

God’s love is pure
