I see sunny days

I praise God in many ways

I go through the fire

To obtain what I desire

The journey is long

But faith keeps me strong

I learn as I go

The lessons help me grow

Some try to shame me

But I’m the best I can be

I know I’ll go far

By reaching for a star

I finish each race

At my own pace

God’s always there

With tender loving care

He’s my guiding light

He makes dark days bright

I share His love

As sent from heaven above

It’s His plan

So I do what I can

Nothing could be more clear

I know what I hold dear

Just like morning dew
