There are many reasons

To appreciate the seasons

We spend days and nights

Fighting many fights

We search for peace of mind

Which is difficult to find

We wonder which way to go

As we attempt to grow

It’s difficult to see

What’s meant to be

But be clear

There’s nothing to fear

God is at the gate

All we have to do is wait

We stumble during our journey

Sometimes we feel lonely

Sometimes we’re unsure

Sometimes we feel insecure

We don’t acknowledge our power

As it appears every hour

Sometimes we lose our way

Sometimes there’s nothing left to say

We go through the fire

To obtain what we desire

But God is at the gate

And all we have to do is wait

Keep praying. God will make a way for you.
