Life isn’t always fair

But God is always there

With a tender touch

That means so much

An encouraging word

That needs to be heard

He gives us a gift

That’s meant to uplift

In his own way

He shows it every day

Therefore we can achieve

It we believe

We start each journey

In God’s name only

He plants every seed

And that’s a blessing indeed

He gives us strength

When we talk with Him at length

We learn many lessons

As we make confessions

The lessons are real

And too difficult to conceal
