This is another day

To send praise God’s way

With the palm of His hand

He spreads love across the land

He removes our tears

And eases our fears

During a journey

Ordained by Him only

He’s warm and pure

He makes us feel secure

Today’s another day

To reflect on where we stand

As we hold God’s hand

To share dreams

Until we burst at the seams

To continue to grow

As we share what we know

To plant seeds

While doing good deeds

To wear a smile

And hold each other a while

To get filled to the core

Then beg for more

Is what we’re after

Along with joy and laughter

All these things we’ll do

As if we’re brand new

And we’ll pray

For another day
