I awaken each day

Come what may

I say a silent prayer

I see a sign God is there

I lift my voice

As I begin to rejoice

I start my journey

One meant for me only

I let the world see

The very best of me

It’s not hard to do

It shapes me through and through

The world knows

As my heart grows

I take my time

Cause I’m in my prime

I embrace every dream

Strange though it may seem
