All through the night

I follow my guiding light

As I kneel in prayer

I feel God’s presence everywhere

It’s something warm and pure

It makes me feel secure

I gain strength as needed

And see where I succeeded

I see the next day

In a different way

My purpose is clear

And I hold it dear

I can see the journey

As ordained by God only

I see my power

Manifesting every hour

I see solid ground

I see joy can be found

I see where God stands

When we hold hands

I see greatness at the core

And I long to do more

I cherish every sight
