As I look over the rainbow

I see everything I know

I see what I left behind

God eases my mind

I continue to pray

As I face another day

I remember the purpose

That rose to the surface

And I see the guiding light

That follows me day and night

As I look over the rainbow

I see what’s true

I see what I’ve gone through

I feel the power

That moves me every hour

I dry my eyes

I become very wise

Everything is set in stone

God never leaves me alone

And I can see

Who I was meant to be

As I look over the rainbow

I can tell

God knows me well

I let go of fear

Cause my faith is near

I feel a love

Sent by heaven above

And I continue to grow
