I follow a guiding light

It represents a new day

I reject the old way

As I say a silent prayer

I see God standing there

I gain strength

After talking with Him at length

And I prepare for a journey

Ordained by God only

Cause I see destiny sitting near

I lift my voice

I begin to rejoice

I see God’s hand

Moving across the land

Right or wrong

I know where I belong

I see what’s true

I see what God brought me through

I just keep moving

As God keeps proving

He has everything under control

He heals my soul

And I take in every sight
