I start each day with a prayer

I see signs that God is there

He sends me on my way

I see His angels day after day

I stumble from time to time

But I learn while still in my prime

I savor my peace of mind

Which is hard to find

God holds me close

That’s what matters most

I see what’s real

And things my heart can’t conceal

My journey is meant for me

It’s all my eyes can see

I feel an unconditional love

Sent by heaven above

Life gets better

As I embrace it to the letter

I’m in a place

Filled with God’s grace
