If God is for you, it doesn’t matter who’s against you.

No one can take what God has for you.

I say a daily prayer

Thanking God for being there

I embark on a journey

Meant for me only

I learn valuable lessons

That turn into heartfelt confessions

Naysayers I ignore

Cause I’m filled to the core

I look around

See the joy I found

And I can see

What’s meant to be

I follow the path God set

Without an ounce of regret

It eases my fear

And I know God is sincere

I know what I can take

I see the memories I’ll make

It makes me so proud

I begin shouting out loud

Nothing could be better

I love life to the letter

I cherish my days

In all my ways

And I feel love

As sent by heaven above

Change is a new chapter

Filled with joy and laughter

A sign that we’ve grown

Through all we’ve known

A brand new place

Filled with God’s grace

A steppingstone

That won’t leave us alone

And the purpose

We see lying at the surface

Change is a plan

God reveals when He can

It’s something we can see

Something meant to be

The strength gained

Things we’ve explained

It’s something new

Our new point of view

The way we feel

What we can’t conceal

A new day

A brand new way

Isn’t so strange

It’s called change

God is good all the time.

Before June is over, God is going to replace everything you lost with something better.

Roots are where we start

They stay close to the heart

They show us who we are

They help us reach for a star

They follow us wherever we go

They help us share what we know

They are a gift from God

Let’s give Him a wink and nod

And they provide solid ground

No matter who’s around

Roots show us what’s real

Things we can’t conceal

The life we lead

How we succeed

The way we travel

Things that never unravel

They appear every day

We cherish them in every way

They are filled with love

Sent from heaven above

They are the purpose
