I say a prayer

I thank God for being there

I count every blessing

Without stressing

I sit perfectly still

As I accept God’s will

Right or wrong

He keeps me strong

And I follow His lead

Cause He helps me succeed

I find perfect peace

I don’t want to release

My faith is the key

To being all I can be

I find my purpose

Lying at the surface

I begin to grow

As I share what I know

I cherish everyday
