Is tender loving care

God planted the seed

To a blessing indeed

We’re filled to the core

God will offer us more

Every brand new day

We cherish in every way

No matter the time or place

We’re filled with God’s grace

Two beating hearts are there

And that’s what we share

We’re on solid ground

We share the joy we found

We never pretend

We stick together until the end

We go through the fire

To obtain what we desire

We ignore naysayers

As we say our prayers

Our purpose is clear

We hold it dear

Yes, it’s true

It feels like morning dew

Tender loving care

Is what we share

The light shines every day

It shows us the way

It fills the soul

It makes us whole

The light is solid ground

No matter who’s around

It’s God unconditional love

Sent by heaven above

And it’s the key

To being all we can be

The light is the purpose

We see lying at the surface

It’s God’s tender loving care

It appears everywhere

It makes us smile

The smile last awhile

We set out on a journey

Ordained by God only

We didn’t know

How well we’d grow

Life lessons carried us far

As we healed every scar

We stayed in prayer

Cause God was there

It took a long time

To remember our prime

But we found a way
