Last night we prayed

Right where love stayed

We stood perfectly still

As we accepted God’s will

We prepared for a new day

In a very special way

We counted every blessing

Without a lot of stressing

And we held each other close

Cause love matters most

Last night we let go of fear

Cause we saw God standing near

We searched our hearts

We discovered where love starts

We planted the seeds

That lead to good deeds

We found a place

Filled with God’s grace

We began to grow

As we shared what we know

We began to see

What’s truly meant to be

And we found a new light

As we prayed last night
