My fear is fading

My truth I’m not trading

I’ve embarked on a journey

Meant for me only

It’s something to behold

My story will be told

God has filled me to the core

I couldn’t ask for more

I look forward to every day

My mind no one will sway

The joy in my heart

Gave me a new start

And my feet are planted

Where my blessings are granted

My weakness is fading

I gain strength

By talking to God at length

It offers me something pure

It makes me feel secure

He watches over me

He shows me who I can be

He provides a place

Filled with guidance and grace

The light in my eyes
