While still in our prime

Knowing life isn’t always kind

We wonder what we’ll find

Prayer keeps us strong

To many blessings indeed

Our naysayers we ignore

As we’re filled to the core

God works things out

We find solid ground

Then share the joy we found

God removes our fears

As He dries our tears

We move straight ahead

Without an ounce of dread

Some just can’t see

Where we’re meant to be

But we keep going

While knowing

God’s word is true

We know what He brought us through

Whenever we fall

He answers our call

Our purpose we hold

Our story will be told

Every new chapter

Is filled with joy and laughter
