As we accepted God’s way

We shared the love

That comes from heaven above

Yesterday we talked with God

We felt safe and secure

Meant for us only

Too difficult to conceal

We got a chance

To do a victory dance

We looked at one another

The moment was unlike any other

We knew we had arrived

We saw how we thrived

We got filled to the core

Before God offered us more

We were so glad

We gave thanks for what we had

We found a place

Filled with mercy and grace

We made every moment last

We learned from the past

And we found our way
