I search my soul

For what makes me whole

Before God leads the way

To a much brighter day

While still in my prime

I see God standing near

The smile last awhile

Blessings stay with me

They show what’s meant to be

I reach my peak

Before I learn how to win

I lift my voice

As I begin to rejoice

I count the blessings granted

I water the seeds I planted

I see what’s in stone

I know I’m not alone

God has filled me to the core
