From where we stand

We can hold God’s hand

We can see our purpose

Rise to the surface

We can feel the love

Coming from heaven above

While still in our prime

We can see every soul

What makes life whole

We can let go of fear

While God is standing near

We find a place

Filled with mercy and grace

And we find a treasure

Beyond all measure

From where we stand

We relish peace of mind

Which is hard to find

We can hear a word

That’s the best we’ve heard

We remember who we are

As we reach for a star

We feel God’s power

Hour after hour

We can reach our peak

Whenever we hear God speak

We find solid ground

We share the joy we found

We follow the light

That shines day and night

We keep going

All while knowing

God is with us

In Him we trust

And He takes our hand
