There’s a whisper in the wind

Who knows when it’ll end

It’s God delivering a word

Unlike anything we’ve heard

It’s revealing a purpose

Rising to the surface

Its creating a path

Without unleashing God’s wrath

It’s spreading the love

Coming from heaven above

It’s part of a journey

Meant for us only

It’s the hand we hold

The story being told

It’s the strength we seek

Whenever we hear God speak

And it’s the plan

God will reveal when He can

There’s a whisper in the wind

Who knows when it’ll end

It’s the beat of our hearts

Where everything starts

It’s God offering direction

As well as protection

It’s preparing a place

Filled with mercy and grace

It’s what God can do

How He’s brought us through

It’s what we gain

Through heartache and pain

It’s God lifting us up

Filling our cup

While removing fear

Drying every tear

Removing all doubt

By working things out

It’s setting things in stone

Telling us we’re not alone

It’s turning us around

Putting us on solid ground

And the whisper in the wind

Will never end
