We travel every day

As we accept God’s way

We learn valuable lessons

That become heartfelt confessions

We fall then rise again

As we learn how to win

We ignore our naysayers

As we say our prayers

We let love flow

Then share what we know

We plant seeds

That lead to good deeds

Our bond is real

Too difficult to conceal

We move without fear

Cause God almighty is near

Life gets better

As we embrace it to the letter

And while in our room

We see we’re in full bloom

We remember who we are

As we reach for a star

We feel God’s power

Hour after hour

We follow our guiding light

Both day and night

We learn to stand

As we hold God’s hand

All while knowing

What we have is real

As we look at heaven above
