Seeing what’s real

Knowing what I can’t conceal

Seeing God work miracles

As I stand on my principles

Lifting my voice

As I begin to rejoice

Finally finding some direction

Getting God’s protection

Surviving every storm

Defying every norm

Giving as good as I get

With very little regret

Looking at heaven above

Seeing nothing but love

Removing all doubt

That God will work things out

Moving full speed ahead

Without an ounce of dread

Seeing what I’ll gain

Through heartache and pain

Reaching my peak

Whenever I hear God speak

Taking one step at a time

While still in my prime

Knowing God is near
