We’ve come out of the shadows

It’s a brand new day

God certainly made a way

Our hearts and souls are free

We see what’s meant to be

Faith is on our side

We see what God can do

God’s word stays with us

Cause in Him we trust

We reflect on times we fell

The work God did well

How our dreams

Made us burst at the seams

The affection is real

Too difficult to conceal

Without an ounce of dread

We’ve come out of the shadows

This much we know

Faith makes our hearts show

God’s tender loving care

Follows us everywhere

We do a victory dance

Whenever we get a chance

We ignore our naysayers

Whenever we say our prayers

Life is much better

As we embrace it to the letter

We’re on the right path

We never suffer God’s wrath

Faith is where our strength lies

We see it when we open our eyes

We embrace special things

And all the joy life brings
