As God has His way

We reflect on the love

Coming from heaven above

The God given journey

Meant for us only

How we gained strength

By talking with God at length

The beautiful place

Filled with mercy and grace

How we changed our view

After seeing what God can do

We see faith is the key

To what’s meant to be

How God fills every soul

Then makes life whole

We reflect on the light

We follow day and night

We see what’s by design

Why everything is fine

We count blessings galore

As God fills us to the core

At midnight

We hang on the word

We’ve always heard

We break into a smile

Then laugh a little while

We plant seeds

That lead to good deeds

We reflect on the home

Where our souls roam

We see who we are

As we reach for a star

We rest on solid ground

We share the joy we found

We do a victory dance

When we get a chance

We see lessons

That become heartfelt confessions

We lift one voice

As we begin to rejoice

Life gets better

We embrace it to the letter
