Strong, brave and true

Peace my heart can’t release

I laugh a little while

My God reveals what’s in stone

As I embrace it to the letter

Life lessons help me grow

I feel God’s affection

I have His protection

I get stronger

As my days get longer

I know what to ignore

Cause God fills me to the core

I hang on His word

Cause it’s all I’ve heard

My soul has a home

Where it can freely roam

I give as good as I get

With very little regret

I look into my heart

To see where to start

I enjoy moments of pleasure

Beyond all measure
