Facing a new day

Knowing God will make a way

Faith makes our purpose clear

So, we move without fear

We learn as we go

We share what we know

We know what’s in stone

Cause God never leaves us alone

Our naysayers we ignore

As He fills us to the core

Every moment is for us

In God we trust

We hang on His word

Cause it’s all we’ve heard

We plant seeds

That lead to good deeds

We stumble here and there

But we have God’s tender loving care

We look straight ahead

Without an ounce of dread

Knowing every moment is real

Too difficult to conceal

We learn to smile

Even laugh a little while

We learn how to live

How to give

And how to love

Just like heaven above

We find a home

Where our souls can roam

We change our view

After seeing what God can do

We keep our faith close

Cause faith matters most

We watch God perform miracles

As we stand on our principles

He fills every soul

He makes life whole

We remember who we are

As we reach for a star

We feel the love

Coming from heaven above

And we do it again
