Embracing every journey

Meant for us only

Believing in us

And the God we trust

Passing every test

Just like all the rest

Resting in a place

Filled with mercy and grace

Seeing what we’ll gain

Through heartache and pain

God revealing what’s in stone

Showing us we’re not alone

Getting much stronger by the day

Allowing God to lead the way

Staying on course

With very little remorse

Knowing God has set our path

Without unleashing His wrath

Learning to smile

Laughing a little while

Doing a victory dance

To celebrate our second chance

Learning to stand

As we take God’s hand

Changing our view

After seeing what God can do

Looking straight ahead

Without an ounce of dread

As we marvel at what we find

We relish peace of mind

We hang on God’s word

Cause that’s all we’ve heard

We see the steps we’ll take

All the memories we’ll make

We’ll trust God

With a wink and nod

Cause He keeps us strong
