God fills every day

In a very loving way

He makes our purpose clear

By removing our fear

Without unleashing His wrath

He catches us when we fall

He answers every call

God teaches us what to ignore

As He fills us to the core

While we grapple with doubt

God works things out

We’re often shamed

We’re often defamed

Sometimes we get lost

Not knowing the cost

Until God reveals His plan

As only He can

We face our naysayers

God fills every tortured soul

He makes life whole

We learn as we go

We share what we know

Once God’s encouraging word

Is clearly heard

It lifts us up

It is the light

We follow day and night

It keeps us on track
