We saw the hand of God

Then offered a wink and nod

We watched a new day begin

We knew faith would win

We began a journey

Meant just for us only

We gained strength

As we talked at length

We watched God move

Like He hand nothing to prove

We saw our divine purpose

Rise to the surface

We saw that an answered prayer

Shows God is there

We built new dreams

Strange though it seems

God turned us around

Then put us on solid ground

He gave us more

Than we asked for

We did a victory dance

To celebrate our second chance

It filled every space

He fought every enemy

He revealed what’s meant to be

We enjoyed moments of pleasure

Beyond all measure

We saw unconditional love

Come from heaven above

We let go of our fear

When we saw God standing near

We held each other close

Cause love matters most

We stood tall

Knowing God would answer our call

We saw what we’d gain

That deserves to be heard
