We face every day

As God leads the way

We wonder what we’ll find

But God offers peace of mind

God reveals our purpose

Before it rises to the surface

We get lost

Not knowing the cost

Until God turns us around

Then puts us on solid ground

God fights every enemy

He reveals what’s meant to be

As we hold God’s hand

Of what we used to know

Cause we feel brand new

We see what God can do

We hang on the word

We’ve always heard

We survive every storm

We break every norm

We rest at home

Where our souls can roam

We learn to smile

We laugh a little while

We enjoy moments of pleasure

Beyond all measure

We learn how to live

We learn how to give

We learn how to love

Just like heaven above

We have a new name

God removed our shame
