New Territory

We face another day

As God leads the way

We grapple with the unknown

We’ll see how we’ve grown

We learn as we go

We share what we know

Our purpose suddenly appears

As God removes our fears

We build new dreams

Until we burst at the seams

We fall then rise again

Knowing faith helps us win

We get much stronger

As our journey gets longer

We learn to stand

As we hold God’s hand

We face our naysayers

As we say our prayers

Knowing God set our path

Without unleashing His wrath

We enjoy moments of pleasure

Beyond all measure

We run our race

In a safe and secure place

We find a home

Where our souls can roam

We see a surprise

As we open our eyes

We find something pure

Our faith makes us feel secure

We learn from the past
