Spirit

An answered prayer

Shows God is there

God guides every day

In a very loving way

We get stronger

As our days get longer

We learn what to ignore

As God fills us to the core

We rest in a place

Filled with mercy and grace

We stand on solid ground

We share the joy we found

Faith makes our purpose clear

We move without fear

We learn as we go

We share what we know

God provides the light

We follow day and night

We look straight ahead

Without an ounce of dread

Life gets better

As we embrace it to the letter

God reveals His plan

As only He can

We see what we’ll gain

Through heartache and pain

God answers every call

His love means all

We tell our story

In all God’s glory

All our dreams

Make us burst at the seams

We share a smile

Even laugh a little while

We have God’s affection

We have His protection

We have become one

We see what God has done

We hold what we cherish

Our souls won’t parish

We know how to live

How to give

And how to love

Just like heaven above

No doubt about it

We’re in the spirit

Four Walls

Behind four walls

Love never stalls

Purpose suddenly begins

And faith always wins

God leads the way

To every brand new day

We stay in prayer

Every moment is filled with care

We see what’s in stone

We realize we’re not alone

We share our dreams

Until we burst at the seams

Our souls freely roam

In our brand new home

We hang on a word

That deserves to be heard

We stand on solid ground

Joy lies all around

We open our eyes

To a wonderful surprise

And our love grows

As our faith shows

Behind four walls

We make crystal clear

What we hold dear

We lift one voice

As we begin to rejoice

God builds us up

He fills our cup

We reach our peak

Whenever we hear Him speak

We learn to smile

Even laugh a little while

We see what God can do

We see how we made it through

We see what’s for us

We worship the God we trust

Many lessons are learned

We see the stripes we’ve earned

Faith fills us to the core

Before God offers us more

We get a moment of pleasure

Beyond all measure

We hold hands

Right where love stands

And love never stalls

Behind four walls
