We danced to a love song

The song was long

We didn’t have a care

We had so much to share

We looked in each other’s eyes

Found a wonderful surprise

It was easy to see

We’re meant to be

The music filled our hearts

Where love always starts

Our bodies moved as one

The moment was second to none

God planted the seed

To a blessing indeed

The music was pure

It made us feel secure

God gave us a chance

Through our love dance

It filled us to the core

Before God offered us more

And we shared a smile

That will last a while

We danced to a love song

The song was long

The music moved us

Cause in God we trust

We shared a kiss

Impossible to resist

The rhythm was real

Too difficult to conceal

Love turned us around

Put us on solid ground

We were put in a place

Filled with mercy and grace

Our moment of pleasure

Until God worked things out
