God will never fail you.

Keep the faith. God is with you every step of the way.

Yesterday we had the talk

During a very brisk walk

We shared all the dreams

That make us burst at the seams

We focused on the love

Coming from heaven above

We spoke about the space

Filled with mercy and grace

We talked about God’s word

The only one we’ve heard

We discussed the purpose

We saw rising to the surface

The God given journey

Meant for us only

All the blessings granted

The seeds we’ve planted

What we know God can do

How we changed our view

When we removed our doubt

How God worked things out

And all the days

Filled with God’s loving ways

Yesterday we had the talk

As we continued our walk

We spoke our name

As we let go of our shame

We looked straight ahead

Without an ounce of dread

We discussed what’s real

What our hearts reveal

All the power from within

How faith helps us win

The way we stand

As we hold God’s hand

How we go through the fire

To obtain what we desire

How we reach our peak

Whenever we hear God speak

The way we live

The way we give

And how we walk

During the talk

In the midst of pain

We see what we’ll gain

God gives us strength

As we talk with Him at length

He gives us new direction

As well as protection

We learn to smile

Even laugh a little while

In the midst of doubt

God works things out

We start a new chapter

Filled with joy and laughter

We learn to let go

Of things we used to know

And life gets better

As we embrace it to the letter

In the midst of fear

We see God standing near

We continue the journey

Meant for us only

Faith removes every cloud

The moment makes us proud

We hang on God’s word

The only one we’ve heard

In the midst of our race

We land in a better place

In the midst of God’s power

We love hour after hour

We find our purpose

Lying at the surface

We reach our peak

When we hear God speak

And God turns us around

Then puts us on solid ground

In the midst of our travel

Our souls never unravel

We do a victory dance

When we get a chance

We see what’s by design

Everything is fine

And we spread love

While in the midst of

What is meant to be will always find you. God will make sure of it.

When you think you can’t do it, God will show up every time.

Stay in prayer. Your answer is coming sooner than you think.

God knows what you need, and He will provide.

Praying every day

While trying to find a way

Wondering what we’ll find

As we search for peace of mind

We’re not completely sure

Cause we feel insecure

We’re filled with dread

As we look straight ahead

We wonder what to do

How we’ll make it through

As we continue our journey

We wonder if it’s for us only

We look all around

We search for solid ground

Nothing seems real

We try desperately to heal

We search for a place

To run our race

We’re in a tailspin

We wonder if we’ll win

The journey gets longer

Yet we get stronger

God lifts us up

Then fills our cup

We keep going

All while knowing

We’ll find our purpose

Lying at the surface

We grapple with doubt

Yet God works things out

Our naysayers we ignore

As faith fills us to the core

We search every stone

Before we see we’re not alone

Faith finally turns us around

We suddenly find solid ground

The journey is by design

Finally, everything is fine

We see the lessons

We have some confessions

We know what’s ours

As we count the hours

Cause we know what it cost

When we got lost

We’ve shared all our days

In so many ways

Every moment has been real

Too difficult to conceal

We’ve held each other close

Cause our bond matters most

God held us together

During stormy weather

We’ve talked for hours

While seeing what’s ours

What we have is rare

It shows we care

We’re on the same page

We’ve gone through every stage

Faith is the key

To what we know will be

We share the love

Coming from heaven above

We have a treasure

We cherish beyond measure

It’s what we hold

Our story will be told

Faith always wins

So, we’re best friends

Some don’t understand us

But in God we trust

We hang on God’s word

Cause that’s all we’ve heard

We rest in a place

Filled with mercy and grace

God moved our hearts

Right where love starts

We share every smile

We even laugh a little while

It’s all by design

So, everything is fine

We’ve also cried

Though our spirit never died

We know what God can do

He brought us through

Our souls now roam

In our own home

We see beautiful things

And the joy life brings

Faith always wins

So, we’re best friends
