God is saying to you today, “Before this month is over, God will give you a reason to celebrate. Your situation has been overwhelming, but don’t lose hope. Keep going. You’re being attacked because this is your breakthrough season. God is fighting for you. You have the victory.”
God is not delaying you. He’s preparing you.
Waking to a new day
Accepting God’s way
Counting blessings galore
Before God offers more
Holding several hands
Right where God stands
Feeling something pure
Feeling safe and secure
Seeing something in stone
Never feeling alone
Sitting perfectly still
Accepting God’s will
Feeling a touch
That means so much
Ignoring naysayers
As we say our prayers
Looking at heaven above
Is all about love
Living one moment at a time
Remembering our prime
Lifting every voice
As we begin to rejoice
Looking at every soul
Seeing what makes life whole
Knowing what’s real
Knowing what to reveal
Seeing our purpose
Rising to the surface
Learning to let go
Of what we used to know
Walking a road
Where God carries the heavy load
Believing in us
In God we trust
Planting seeds
That lead to good deeds
Feeling God’s power
Hour after hour
Finding a treasure
Beyond all measure
Giving God the glory
Finally telling our story
Knowing every step we take
Is a memory we’ll make
Letting go of fear
Knowing God is near
Looking at heaven above
Is all about love
Day by day
We learn to pray
We accept God’s way
He touches every soul
He makes life whole
Many lessons we learn
Many stripes we earn
We learn who we are
As we reach for a star
We hold each other close
Cause our bond matters most
We rest in a place
Filled with mercy and grace
We finally find
Some peace of mind
And we get stronger
As our days get longer
Day by day
We have more to say
We see what we’ll gain
Through heartache and pain
We share our dreams
Until we burst at the seams
We feel a tender touch
That means so much
We hold hands
Right where love stands
We travel everywhere
With tender loving care
We learn to reveal
What our hearts can’t conceal
We see what’s set in stone
God never leaves us alone
We dry our tears
We remove our fears
We embrace every journey
Meant for us only
We learn to stay true
To what got us through
We go through the fire
To obtain what we desire
We plant seeds
That lead to good deeds
And we see things God’s way
Day by day
Surrender to God’s plan not ours.
God is going to do something for you that is so unexplainable that your only answer will be God did it.
I feel the summer breeze
It puts me at ease
I think of our love
It feels like heaven above
The breeze is a tender touch
That means so much
It’s your reassuring voice
Making me rejoice
It’s the moments we share
Letting me know you care
It’s the days we get through
And the wonderful things you do
It’s your kind ways
And our lovely days
I feel the summer breeze
It last a long time
As I remember my prime
It makes me think of your smile
And makes me laugh awhile
It’s the God given journey
Meant for us only
It’s the blessings granted
It’s the seeds we’ve planted
It’s us at our core
As God offers us more
It’s us sitting still
As we accept God’s will
It’s us holding hands
Right where love stands
It’s our purpose
Rising to the surface
It’s the power we feel
What’s too difficult to conceal
It’s our undying love
As we look at heaven above
It’s what’s in our hearts
It’s how our love starts
It’s the plan
God reveals when He can
And it puts me at ease
The summer breeze
Family
People in a special place
They help us run our race
They share every dream
Strange though it may seem
They fill us to the core
They offer us more
They guide and protect
They never reject
They offer a sound word
That’s the best we’ve heard
They love unconditionally
They support faithfully
They make us see
What’s truly meant to be
They offer solid ground
As we share what we’ve found
They are the voice
That makes us rejoice
They are the peace
We know we won’t release
They hold us close
Cause we matter most
They remove every fear
They dry every tear
They give us strength
When we talk at length
They set things in stone
They never leave us alone
They teach us lessons
That become heartfelt confessions
They fill every day
In a very loving way
They let us know
How we can grow
Even when we fall
They answer every call
They are the light
We follow day and night
They offer something pure
They make us feel secure
It’s plain to see
These people are family
God knows the right time, the right place, the right person, and the right answer to your problems. Trust Him.
You prayed. Now believe in God for what you prayed for.
