The spirit moves day and night

It’s God’s guiding light

It sits in every place

Filled with God’s grace

It holds true

To everything we do

It stays in the heart

It tells us where to start

It makes abundantly clear

What we hold dear

It is the voice

That makes us rejoice

The spirit is solid ground

No matter who’s around

It helps us grow

As we share what we know

It’s easy to find

It offers peace of mind

It’s the purpose

We see lying at the surface

It is the journey

Meant for us only

God is a light for the feet and healing for the soul.

God is real. Trust Him.

We’ve embarked on a long journey

Ordained by God only

Every day is a lesson

That will include a confession

Sent by heaven above

If God is for you, it doesn’t matter who’s against you.

No one can take what God has for you.

I say a daily prayer

Thanking God for being there

I embark on a journey

Meant for me only

I learn valuable lessons

That turn into heartfelt confessions

Naysayers I ignore

Cause I’m filled to the core

I look around

See the joy I found

And I can see

What’s meant to be

I follow the path God set

Without an ounce of regret

It eases my fear

And I know God is sincere

I know what I can take

I see the memories I’ll make

It makes me so proud

I begin shouting out loud

Nothing could be better

I love life to the letter
