No Fear

We face every day

As God leads the way

Our divine purpose

Lies at the surface

As we embark on the journey

Meant just for us only

We learn to stand

As we hold God’s hand

We stumble here and there

But God offers tender loving care

Our naysayers we ignore

As God fills our core

We build new dreams

Until we burst at the seams

We enjoy moments of pleasure

Beyond all measure

We run our race

In a safe and secure place

We hold our faith close

Cause faith matters most

We see what we’ll gain

Through heartache and pain

Life gets better

As we embrace it to the letter

Our destiny is near

We move with no fear

We do a victory dance

To celebrate our second chance

We share a smile

That travels about a mile

We see life lessons learned

All the stripes we’ve earned

We get much stronger

As our journey gets longer

God fights the enemy

He reveals what’s meant to be

We live in a home

Where our souls can roam

Faith lifts us up

It fills every cup

We count blessings granted

We water the seeds we planted

What we have is real

Too difficult to conceal

Thoughts of you fill my days

I praise God in many ways

I dream of holding you close

Like you matter most

How we can build as we go

God planted the seed
